Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Unused and in its original condition as received
✅ Must be in the original packaging
✅ All parts, accessories, and correct items must be enclosed
🚫 Final sale items are not eligible for return

Order Cancellation & Modifications
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
- Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled or changed.
To request a cancellation or modification, email support@lumotel.com with your order number and requested changes. We’ll confirm once your request has been processed.
Replacement & Exchange Policy
How Long Does a Replacement or Return Take?
- Return and replacement requests are reviewed within 24 business hours.
- Once approved, replacements take 7–14 business days to arrive.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
At this time, we do not process exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you must return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.
How to Process a Return
If your item isn’t right for you, we understand. To request a return:

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Reason for return
- If applicable, include photos or videos of the defective or incorrect item for verification.
🔹 Eligible Returns:
- Items that arrived broken, incorrect, or defective due to our error
- Refunds or replacements will be processed based on your consent and our commitment
🚫 Non-Returnable Situations:
- Items returned due to personal preference (wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind) are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping & Costs
📦 If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, or defective), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
🚚 Customers can return products by mail or in-store (if applicable).
💰 No restocking fees apply.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days.
Depending on your bank, the refund may appear in one of two ways:
- As a separate transaction
- As a reversal of the original charge
Full Refund Eligibility:
✔ Item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order
✔ Item is in original condition
✔ Item was out of stock or damaged upon arrival
✔ You canceled your order within 24 hours of placing it
⏳ Return Processing Time:
- Once the carrier receives your return, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process it.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns if you change your mind after receiving your order.
- Once an item is delivered in normal condition, it cannot be returned.
- We are not responsible for lost or misrouted packages. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
- If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or due to security issues in the customer’s area (as confirmed by the shipping carrier), it will not be eligible for a refund.
